I'm interested in maps and software technology, especially the intersection of GIS and web applications. I recently began working for Patrick Engineering as a senior GIS Analyst/Programmer. My specialty is Web/GIS applications using ArcIMS and .NET. During the previous five years my focus was on developing and managing web applications for water resources research, as well as developing a robust GIS infrastructure for the Illinois State Water Survey. And I'm a firm believer in having many development tools in your toolbelt. ArcGIS? Check. .NET? Check. Ruby on Rails? Check.
